Tamale Pie Inspired crock pot meal 1lb ground chicken 1packet taco seasoning 1 can corn 1 can black beans 1 can hotel Cheese of your choice 1 box jiffy mix-mixed with 1 full cup water, 1tsp knorr chicken bullion powder, 1tsp tomato bullion powder Cooked in high for 4 hours Bbq chicken legs and rice 1lb brown rice 2.5 cups chicken broth Chicken legs(seasonings optional: garlic & onion powders, paprika, pepper, BBQ seasoning) 1 bag frozen veggies 1 bottle Bbq sauce Cook on low for 8 hours. Halfway through add frozen veggies & bbq sauce.
