For our Easter church potluck party, we made a whopping 50 mini curry buns! 🍛✨ The day before, we prepared the dough from scratch, let it rise for a second time, then partially baked it and put it in the refrigerator. The next morning, we woke up early and did the real work: deep-frying it in five batches! This was Steven's first time making curry buns.
