I Give Demir A Cross Country Lesson...

Hey everyone! In today’s video, I’m taking on the role of Demir's trainer as we head out for some much-needed cross-country schooling. After his fall at his first-ever one-day event, we’re preparing for his next one, and what better place to practice than the amazing Somerford Park? In this session, we work on improving his technique, specifically focusing on finding the right speed for various fences. We discuss when he should be pushing on and when to slow down and sit back, very important lessons to learn for XC riding. Plus, we tackle Demir’s biggest fear (you’ll have to watch to find out what it is!) and work through it together. It’s an exciting and educational session, and I can’t wait to see how Demir progresses from here!
