Three weeks ago I was training, kicking, sprinting, and preparing for rugby. Today, things look very different. After fracturing my finger and then suffering an ankle injury, I’ve been forced to step away from the things I love most. No sprint sessions, no normal gym sessions, and no rugby training. In this video, I share the reality of dealing with injury as a rugby player, the mental challenges that come with it, and how I’m approaching recovery. This is the start of a new chapter on the channel as I document my comeback journey from injury back to the rugby field.
