Dr Kakoday is a student and teacher of Raja Yoga meditation. He presently coordinates the Inner Space and the Center for Integral Health in Cambridge, UK. Having received a Diploma in ENT surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in London in 1982, Dr Kadoday has devoted the last 30 years to the understanding and teaching of spiritual and holistic principles of life. His main interests are in the field of psyche, emotions, behaviour and health. Dr Kakoday’s ideas on health entitled "The Concept of Total Health" were presented to various medical institutions including the WHO (World Health Organisation). He has been invited to speak in over 80 countries.
