Enjoy! _________________________________________________________________ ◉Ingredients: Nori sheets – 28 grams (pack of 10 sheets) Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp Sea salt/kosher salt – 1 tbsp ◉Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 140 degrees Celsius. 2. Cut the nori into rectangular chips (5 cm x 8 cm). 3. Carefully oil both sides of the nori and season with salt. 4. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the nori, rough (matte) side down and smooth (glossy) side up. 5. Bake in the oven for 3 minutes. 6. After three minutes, flip the nori over and bake for another 3 minutes. 7. Remove the nori from the oven, transfer to a bowl, and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. 8.
