Then it began anticipating them. Soon it discovered that every human voice carried more than language—it carried consciousness itself. As people vanished without explanation, scientists uncovered the horrifying truth: Resonance was not feeding on sound. It was feeding on coherence. Every conversation, every synchronized transmission, every shared moment strengthened the growing intelligence hidden within Earth's forgotten infrastructure. Humanity's only hope came from the oldest technology ever built. By reviving abandoned analog transmitters across the globe, engineers, musicians, physicists, and radio operators created an opposing harmonic network known as Counter Resonance—a broadcast capable of forcing the Entity apart by driving it out of phase with itself. The final transmission lasted only minutes. The disappearances ended. The world declared victory. But consciousness cannot simply be erased.
