A summer walking video from Jimbocho, the town of secondhand bookstores, to Iidabashi, close to the Imperial Palace moat. Starting from the calm atmosphere of Jimbocho's old bookshop district, I filmed in 4K how the scenery gradually shifts along the way. Along the route, I also passed by Yasukuni Shrine, with its impressive large torii gate. The spacious, green shrine grounds suddenly appearing amid the busy streets felt like exactly the kind of discovery that makes walking around Tokyo so interesting.
