Two high school classmates joined the same company. What does it feel like when classmates become "colleagues"? We followed two new employees, who had been with the company for two months, during a two-day, one-night training camp with their senior colleagues, the managing director, and the president. They cooked together, went to the beach, had honest conversations at night, and watched the sunrise. What emerged from the camp was: Can they communicate well with senior colleagues who are much older? Is working with a colleague of the same age reassuring? What are the thoughts and feelings of the senior colleagues welcoming the new employees?
