On unofficial resale websites, seats with a face value of 32,000 yen were being sold for approximately six times the price. The Nagaoka Fireworks Foundation has been implementing measures since 2025 to print names on tickets and, in some cases, verify identity, but suspected illegal resale activities are still being observed this year.
