EVERYTHING wrong with a Norstar SC service bed. COMPLETE review of their Garbage!

I ordered a Norstar SC bed with the F06 accessory package from Indiana Trailer Sales and it's a total piece of garbage. after complaining about manufacturing defects, the dealer said "all sales final" and wouldn't even go to bat for me. The shelves don't fill the entire compartment, so your tools fall down to the bottom. The shelves have large 2" brackets on the bottom side, so you can't put tall things under the shelves. All of the diamond plate edges are rough sheared and razor sharp. The shelf edges are all razor sharp. The top box latches leak and freeze shut, then break off when you pry them open. I wanted it because it's powder coated and it should last forever, but they acid wash and apparently have a bad rinse process because the powder coating peels right off. The bed weighs about 2500 lbs! I had to install air bags just to sit level. Buyer beware! I've spent hours on the phone with Norstar and they ended up shipping me some new top lids and the coating was in terrible shape upon delivery.
