Bonsai pots are have limited space and over time their roots completely fill the pot and have nowhere else to go. This is what is known as a tree being 'pot bound' and can hinder the trees health. When this happens we come in, reduce the root mass and pot our trees into some fresh bonsai soil so they can grow again and thrive.
