Once you've got your body composition in order (i.e you aren't 25% body fat at 5ft tall), you can start to assess which weight category you fall into, and this might mean you are often the shorter man in your division! There are a few factors that play into this but the main one is making the most out of what you've got! Build a complete style in your training and find a style that works best for your body type.
