Dr. Matt Cox, is the founder of Greenlink Analytics, where he leads strategic vision, research methodology, and policy modeling. He holds a PhD in climate and energy policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has published influential research advancing understanding of how energy decisions impact communities, quality of life, and public policy, while informing plans and programs that help governments achieve their goals. Under Matt’s leadership, Greenlink has supported more than 200 cities in developing strategies to avoid 9.7 billion metric tons of CO₂ prevent 32,000 premature deaths from air pollution, and save over $1.2 trillion. Matt has authored over 100 scientific publications, served as an expert witness dozens of times at state public utility commissions, and was the City of Atlanta's first energy manager.
