How to make Turkish SUCUK /PASTIRMA at Home INGREDIENTS 1.5 kilo of mince Beef or Lamb or mixture of both 3 whole Garlic 2 Tablespoons of Chilli flakes 2 Tablespoons of Paprika 2 Tablespoons of Cumin 2 Tablespoons of Salt 1.5 Tablespoons of Black pepper METHOD Peel and chop all the garlic add a teaspoon of salt and beat it into nice garlic paste, then put all the ingredients into a large cooking tray and mix all together kneading it all for 20 minutes so that it all gets mixed and marinated together, place into the fridge overnight or at least for 5 hours, then bring it out spoon some out roll it to shape and wrap it up into cling film, place them into the freezer and take it out to thaw and cook when needed, can grill, BBQ, or fry in a frying pan depending on the mince you've used if it's lean mince you might have to brush the frying pan with a bit of oil otherwise no need to use any oil, can fry some with eggs for breakfast, or grill for sandwiches, can be eaten any time of day , enjoy hope you give it ago, afiyet olsun.
