Tsugumi Kawana (Sugisaki) reunites with her high school senior and first love, Itsuki Ayukawa (Iwata), at a work drinking party and is shocked to learn that Ayukawa is wheelchair-bound due to an accident. This is a love story about Tsugumi, who is drawn to Ayukawa despite believing that a relationship with her senior is impossible, and Ayukawa, who has become disabled and is on the verge of giving up on love, overcoming various hurdles as they aim for a happy "perfect world."
