Unbeknownst to him, a car had been tailing him while he drove alone on the highway toward the radio station where he slept each night. The assailants attempted to impersonate police officers to get him to stop; however, something felt awry, so he sped up instead. After being rammed into by the following car, Envy quickly thought on his feet, using the E-Z Pass toll to capture a photo of the culprits. He then evaded the alleged robbers despite facing a hail of bullets, which struck his Rolls-Royce Wraith. The next day, police at first treated Envy as a suspect but soon traced the assailant’s vehicle through the E-Z Pass photo. The man was later arrested and served several years in prison.
