The agitating personnel have demanded clearance of pending wages, deposit of EPF dues, and an end to alleged arbitrary salary deductions. A total of 440 security guards working at the institute have joined the dharna. Despite the protest, security services in the emergency department are continuing, as guards have maintained deployment in critical areas. The protest highlights concerns over employee welfare and payment-related grievances. The security personnel have alleged that the outsourcing agency, MVSF, responsible for their deployment over the past two months, has failed to pay salaries and EPF contributions.
