#109 - Dünyanın Sonuna Tekneyle Gittik: Los Estados Adası, Arjantin

AND IT'S VERY COLD HERE. One of our unforgettable cruises. We left Caleta Hornos to go to Los Estados Island, which inspired Jules Verne's novel The Lighthouse at the End of the World. It is really difficult to catch a northern air corridor that will last 4 days in this geography. Frankly, we were not sure whether we would be able to cruise continuously until Estados when we set off. Considering the motor cruises we would make in the Beagle Channel after Estados, we decided to enter Puerto Deseado at the end of the first day and refuel with fuel and provisions. Deseado is also a national park that opens to the Patagonian Desert. We also enjoyed our share of the desert. We set off again before the northern weather that we knew would be harsh.
