At the Shinkansen Park in Settsu City, an EF15 electric locomotive is preserved alongside a 0 Series Shinkansen. You can even tour the interior on Sundays. I went there with my Plarail toys. Opening Hours: Twice a day, every Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
