My issues with the Philips Hue Play HDMI Sync Box | 9 Months on…

Around 9 months ago I made this video    • Philips Hue Sync Box, Play Bars and Gradie...   where I unboxed and installed a load of Philips Hue lights and their Play Sync HDMI Box to sync the lights to the action on the TV. Almost immediately I had issues with a black screen and the picture and lights going off when using the sync box.
