Barbie’s sister Chelsea is already so hungry. She storms into Barbie’s kitchen in snorkeling mask and gobbles up her cereals. She is ready to learn how to snorkel in Barbie’s pool, but Barbie and Ken warn her that it is too cold to go to the pool. Ken even wears winter hat and scarf because they said in the weather forecast that it is going to be the coldest summer day from the Ice Age. Also, there was a hail storm last night and the pool is more like ice slush that summer retreat. Chelsea doesn’t care and go to the pool anyway. She jumps to the pool and it is too cold. Even her puppy doesn’t want to play with her there. So Chelsea goes back to the kitchen all cold and wet and asks Barbie for ice cream. Barbie asks her to go to hot shower and change into dry clothes first. Chelsea wants the ice cream now, so she sneaks it to her room and then play with her toys in the cold wet swimsuit. She is cold and uncomfortable, but she is too busy to change into dry clothes. Soon, her throat starts hurting and she feels really bad. Barbie measures her temperature, and Chelsea has a fever. She has to stay in bed, drink tea and medication, and can’t go to a friend’s birthday party. Chelsea is very sorry she didn’t listen to Barbie and Ken.
