More Color, Less Work | Maximizing My Full Sun Perennial Border with Plants from My Mom!
Some gardens have a spot that just isn't living up to its potential. For me it was my full sun perennial border — shrubs crowding out the light, a forgotten corner under a tree, and a whole lot of 'almost.' This morning I fixed it. 🌿 In this video I'm walking you through everything I did: limbing up overgrown shrubs to open up airflow and let more light reach the smaller plants below, cleaning out a tucked-away spot under a tree to make room for a new little planting, and adding two of my favorite easy-care perennials — Veronica for that gorgeous deep summer spike, and Candy Lily for soft, cheerful color all season long.
