Mix with flours until crumbly. Mix milk and egg. Save 2tbsp for wash; add rest to flour. Mix gently. Add choco chips. ※Do not overmix! Cut dough in half, stack, and press. Repeat 3 times. Wrap and rest in fridge for 1 hour. Roll to 3cm thick, cut, and brush with egg wash. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 17–20 min.
