The texture is very soft and fluffy. You will enjoy shereded coconut,dried apricots slices on your toung. Here's what you need : Loaf pan size : 11*22 cm 2 eggs 100 g soft butter 40 ml sunflower oil 1 tsp vanilla extract or sugar vanilla 2/3 cup sugar 2 tbsp milk 75 g cream cheese 1 cup flour 1,1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup shereded coconut 2/3 cup sliced dried apricots Bake in preheated oven at 175 C for 45 minutes.
