"The What-a-Cartoon! Show" bump/promo compilation (1996-2000)

This is a collection of all the bumpers and promos of "The What-a-Cartoon! Show", formally known as "World Premiere Toons: The Show", which include 3 premiere cartoons every Sunday and Wednesday night. And to be honest, I thought the "What a Cartoon" played straight with this block, while the "Cartoon Cartoon" namesake should've been for all-out original series.
