MY KIP UP PROGRESSION ● 6 DAYS

My kip up progression after six days of practising. There was a period of a month where I wasn't practising between the fourth and fifth day. I have no gymnastics experience and am not flexible at all. I thought this would be an issue at first but I kept practising and it eventually clicked. I have now used this move whilst dancing on stage in front of a large audience. I think this is a trick that most people can do with a bit of practise!
