With a doctoral degree in Animal Welfare from UEL and UAB, Cleandro is a collaborating professor at several universities and author of books on swine welfare. With extensive experience in consulting and managing swine farming projects, he works as a consultant for the FAEP-SENAR-PR System, IICA, MAPA, and the European Union. Furthermore, he is a member of the OMSA working group for the development of animal welfare standards, and is a reference in promoting good practices for Brazilian and Latin American swine farming.
