Calculating Area and Depression Quantities with Sitevision

In this video, we will demonstrate how to use Trimble Sitevision to calculate area and depression quantities. This is a quick and easy way to get accurate estimates of earthwork quantities. To calculate area and depression quantities with Sitevision, follow these steps: 1. Open Sitevision and create a new project. 2. Import the site plan or surface model that you want to use to calculate the quantities. 3. Select the "Area" tool from the toolbar. 4. Click and drag on the map to create a polygon that encloses the area you want to calculate. 5. Sitevision will display the area of the polygon in square feet or square meters. To calculate depression quantities, follow these steps: 1. Select the "Depression" tool from the toolbar. 2. Click on the depression to select it. 3. Sitevision will display the volume of the depression in cubic feet or cubic meters. You can also use Sitevision to calculate the volume of a stockpile. To do this, follow these steps: 1. Select the "Stockpile" tool from the toolbar. 2. Click and drag on the map to create a polygon that encloses the stockpile. 3.
