VA is expanding Veteran access to care through virtual technologies. Paulina's husband, Jim, endured a spinal cord injury in 2013. Since being introduced to services offered by the Office of Connected Care in 2016, she and Jim now regularly use VA virtual technologies like My HealtheVet and VA Video Connect to help manage his VA care.
