Mixture of flours : 1 cup = 108 gr rice flour 1/2 cup remove 1 Tbsp = 65 gr All purpose flour 5 Tbsp = 47 gr corn starch 2 Tbsp = 17 gr glutinous rice flour 1/2 tsp = 1,2 gr double acting baking powder. 1 small tub vanilla sugar Vegetable oil for frying.
