Episode 8 of my Parkrun road trip sees myself and housemate Charlee drive down to Southend for a 5k parkrun in our new Nike Alphafly Next% that we picked up in the black Friday sales. Really enjoyed the 3 lap course which was completely flat and made for a fast sub 16 minute 5k. The Harvester next to the finish line carpark was too hard to resist.
