Kotter's 8 step model for small change projects

Kotter's 8 step change model is very useful to guide major change programs. The steps are universal for any change. But to apply the full explanation to a 2-month improvement project is overkill. In this video I go over, let's call it shortcuts for projects for now, for 'ways of using Kotter's steps to guide project and mid-term change program implementation, to balance resources for engagement, implementation and sustaining change to optimal long-term results' would be too much text for a thumbnail ;)
