Workplace Safety: What's changed with the new regulations. This video is a recording of the webinar held on February 24, 2022, dedicated to the new workplace safety regulations introduced by the latest revision of Legislative Decree 81/2008. The event was organized by the Treviso Regional Council (CNA) with the support of the Belluno-Treviso Chamber of Commerce. The recent Law No. 215 of December 17, 2021, which converted the Tax-Labour Decree (Legislative Decree No. 146 of October 21, 2021), containing "urgent economic and fiscal measures to protect employment and meet urgent needs," introduced a series of changes and innovations regarding workplace health and safety with immediate, significant, and severely penalized consequences. The new law also imposes significant amendments to Legislative Decree 81/2008, the "Consolidated Law on Health and Safety in the Workplace." The speaker is Francesca Peltrera, head of the Security Area for the Treviso branch of the CNA.
