A few days ago, I traveled to Sebrango, a small village in Liébana (Cantabria), intending to learn about the massive landslide that forever changed the lives of its residents in 2013. I thought I was going to film a documentary about a mountain... But what I found was something completely different. I met Marcos, a man who keeps returning to the village where he was born and who keeps alive the memories of a place that time and nature have gradually silenced. In this documentary, we'll walk through the streets of Sebrango, learn the story of the landslide, discover the remains of the old hermitage of San Acisclo and Santa Victoria, and travel to Los Llanos to learn about one of the best-known legends of Mount Subiedes.
