Every Storm Jesus Calmed — And the Fear He Was Really Rebuking

He calmed one storm with two words. He let another storm rage completely untouched. Why? In this video we walk through all three times Jesus faces a storm on the Sea of Galilee — the night he says "Peace, be still" (Mark 4:35-41), the night Peter walks on water and sinks (Matthew 14:22-33), and the third crossing where Jesus never calms the wind at all, just walks straight through it and says two words that echo God's name to Moses at the burning bush: "It is I" (John 6:16-21). Each storm reveals a different fear — the fear that he doesn't care, the fear of trusting him with your whole weight, and the fear of how close God has actually come. This isn't a story about weather. It's a story about the one fear underneath every fear you've ever carried onto dark water. 📖 SCRIPTURE COVERED IN THIS VIDEO: Mark 4:35-41 — Jesus calms the storm ("Peace, be still") Matthew 14:22-33 — Peter walks on water John 6:16-21 — The third crossing, "It is I" Psalm 46:10 — "Be still, and know that I am God" ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS: 0:00 – The Storm Begins (Sea of Galilee, Mark 4) 3:38 – "Peace, Be Still" — Jesus Rebukes the Storm 6:12 – Who Then Is This?
