The parent company, TechStyle, have a history of questionable business practices dating over a decade that though are tweaked and improved, still see consistent negative critique from customers. If this path continues, then the fall of the company is certainly inevitable, especially now with so many inclusive alternatives that don't have their long list of complaints.
