After making the move to New York city from North Carolina in 2011, Joe has quickly gained attention for his unique point of view, and in August his Comedy Central debut aired on The John Oliver New York Stand Up Show. 2013 has been a big year, also taping a set for Nickelodeon, placing third at the Laughing Skull festival, reaching the finals of the Laughing Devil festival, being selected by Ricky Gervais as a finalist for Conan, showcasing as one of Comedy Central's "Comics to Watch," making his debut on the nationally syndicated Bob & Tom Show, and going to the Montreal Comedy Festival as a "New Face" where he was positively reviewed by both The Spit Take and Time Out NY for standing out. Joe is an original member of the Beards of Comedy, who toured from 2008 to 2012 as the most highly requested comedy show in the southeast.
