If you've been eating too much delivery food for a few days and your stomach feels uneasy, try focusing on healthy, home-cooked meals. If you've been baking a lot lately and are concerned about sugar, try looking for baking recipes that use alternative sugars. I think it's important to strike a balance like this. (My thoughts) Of course, the content in this post is my personal opinion and not the right answer. There's no right answer when it comes to health. This content simply reflects my personal preferences, so please take it with a grain of salt. I almost forgot the most important point! This video is not content introducing a weight loss diet. For example: if I ate mostly carbs for breakfast and lunch I try to eat a dinner that is protein-based, if I've eaten delivered food for a few days and have an upset stomach I make a meal plan consisting of mostly healthy homemade meals, or if I'm worried about all the sugar from making baked goods often, I look for baking recipes that use alternates to sugar. I think it's important to maintain a balance in a natural manner. (my opinion) Of course the content of this vlog is all personal opinion and not the answer to everything. Because there isn't an answer to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It's a simple vlog that shows one's personal taste so I hope you don't take it too seriously. I almost forgot the most important part! This video does not introduce how to lose weight. It is focused on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Underline three times. 💕Chocolate Cupcakes with Protein Powder💕🍫🍩 Ingredients: (Makes 6-7 tall muffin pans) Muffin pan sizes used: *Total - approximately 35.5 x 27 x 4.5cm, *1 hole - 7 x 5.5cm (top diameter x bottom diameter) 2 egg whites 3 egg yolks 52g milk 37g fructooligosaccharide Pinch of salt Pinch of vanilla extract 20g brown rice flour 25g whey protein powder (unsweetened) 10g cocoa powder 3g baking powder 10g almond powder 13g avocado oil (can substitute with unflavored oil) 15g erythritol (Preheat oven!) 1. Beat the egg yolks well, then add the milk and stir. 2. Add fructooligosaccharide and mix well. 3. Sprinkle a little salt. 4. Add brown rice flour and mix well. 5. Add almond powder and mix well. 6. Add cocoa powder and mix well. 7. Add whey protein and baking powder and mix well. 8. Add vanilla extract (omit if unavailable). 9. Add oil and mix well. 10. Add erythritol to the egg whites in 2-3 batches to form a stiff meringue. 11. Pour the meringue into the chocolate batter and gently fold into the batter, making sure the foam doesn't collapse. 12. Pour the batter into a muffin pan. 13. Bake at 170°C (350°F) for 13-15 minutes. Baking time and temperature may vary slightly depending on your oven. (Please indicate the source when using the recipe💛) 💕Chocolate cupcake with protein powder💕🍫🍩 ingredients: (makes 6-7 cupcakes) muffin tin I used: *whole 35.5 x 27 x 4.5cm, *1 hole - 7 x 5.5cm (top and bottom measurements) 2 egg whites 3 egg yolks 52g milk 37g fractooligosaccharide little salt little vanilla extract 20g brown rice flour 25g whey protein (no sweetness) 10g cacao powder 3g baking powder 10g almond powder 13g avocado oil (can substitute with odorless oils) 15g Erythritol (Preheat oven!) 1. Mix egg yolks then add in milk and mix 2. Mix in fractooligosaccharide 3. shake a little salt 4. Put in brown rice flour and mix well 5. Put in almond powder and mix well 6. Put in cacao powder and mix well 7. Mix in whey protein and baking powder 8. (optional) add vanilla extract 9. Mix well with oil 10. In the prepared egg whites add in Erythritol in 2-3 parts to make stiff peaks 11. Lightly mix in the completed merengue in small portions into the chocolate batter. Don't let the air deflate 12. Pan the completed batter into the muffin pans 13. Bake in a 170 degrees celsius oven for 13-15 minutes. The baking time and temperature may vary slightly depending on the oven.
