These guided explorations are a blend of three different modalities of mind-body and somatic nervous system work—Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing, Kathy Kain’s Somatic Practice, and Moshé Feldenkrais’s Feldenkrais method—and they’ve helped thousands of students build capacity, grow nervous system regulation, and heal stored traumatic stress.
