EL PEOR SERVICIO EJECUTIVO DEL PAÍS. Review de Elite Select, de Mazatlán, Sinaloa a Zapopan, Jalisco

Many times, trips don't go as planned, as situations and unforeseen events can arise along the way, even before leaving the departure terminal. On this occasion, my case was the aforementioned, as the service I chose for my return trip home didn't meet the expectations a passenger can expect when purchasing a ticket on an executive service airline. Although this has been discussed on other occasions and through other channels, I wanted to see if things were really like that or if I might be in for a surprise. After all, that was the case, and here I'm showing you what this rather uncomfortable trip was like on Elite Select, one of the Estrella Blanca Group's airlines with the greatest coverage, especially on the Pacific route, which has some of the longest routes in Mexico, such as the Acapulco-Ensenada-Acapulco route, among others, and is one of the most important options for connecting destinations in the northwest and center of the country. I insist, I have nothing against the company, nobody pays me to speak badly of them, on the contrary, my passion for buses began when I was a child travelling on group lines such as Futura and Pacífico, so in a certain way I have affection and appreciation for them, however, I hope that with this, GEB can take action on the matter and improve Elite's service and with this maintain a good image and attention to passengers, as a group the size of Estrella Blanca should have and has in some of its other important lines and routes.
