Spyra 2 and Spyra LX Faulty Problems | FIX I cant believe my Spyra waterguns blew up! So i contacted spyra by email to see what they would do about it. Follow the journey here! August 16th 2022 @- 10am - I First email to let them know the waterguns were faulty August 17th 2022 @ 3.37pm - i got a reply asking me to send a video of the faulty guns so they could better understand the problem. August 22nd 2022 @3.26pm - I sent them this video for them to review and the reply with how they would like to proceed. August 25th 2022 @ 8:33am - I got an email confirming that the water guns were being replaced. August the 30th @ 4pm - I received both replacement water guns. Follow up video to come.
