Tidal Wave - Deer Valley, UT - 2026 - Opening Day! Top to Bottom MTB

Bike: 2024 Santa Cruz Bronson Carbon Date: 6/19/26 Conditions: Hot. Peak was close to 80 mid afternoon, but dirt was riding great. Everyone was stoked to be out on opening day, especially since Tidal Wave wasn't accessible last year due to Pinyon lift going in Trail Notes: Tidal Wave is split between a black diamond in the beginning and a blue for most of the rest. The beginning part is a little steep and rocky, but not sure exactly why it's a black diamond there and blue the rest of the way. There are a TON of jumps, but no gaps. The jump line near the end of the trail can be dangerous because if you ride trail speed they are easy to overshoot, so don't be afraid to break check. Very fun trail
