Kur bakūžė samanota (Where is the Mossy Hut) Performed in 1926 by Lithuanian Singer and Choir Director Jonas Būtėnas (1892 - 1968) The Words were written as a Poem by Lithuanian patriot, Poet, Editor of the Banned Lithuanian press, Member of the National revival Pranas Vaičaitis (1876 - 1901). The words were later taken and made into a song by Lithuanian Composer Stasys Šimkus (1887 - 1943).
