Aaron Ramsdale was the penalty hero as Newcastle took on Bournemouth, after a scintillating 3-3 in normal time. Harvey Barnes opened the scoring just after half-time, before goals from Alex Scott and David Brooks turnt the game on its head. It took an added-time penalty from Anthony Gordon to send it to extra-time, and Barnes added a second. It was then Marcus Tavernier's time to step up to rescue his side, with an equaliser in added time of extra-time to send the game to penalties.
