The new Civic e:HEV RS has three driving modes: ECON (Eco Mode), Normal, and Sport. Pressing the S+ button immediately switches to Sport mode. Of course, you can also choose whether or not to use S+ Shift in Sport mode, so there's no need to worry. When S+ Shift is turned on, it performs a stepped shift control similar to a DCT, and at the same time, a sound reminiscent of a gasoline engine (Active Sound Control) begins to fill the cabin.
