The unbelievable story of Chris Nabell returning to the slopes on Day 225 of my snowboarding season! 🏂❄️🩺 ‪@ThisweeksAdventure‬ Recorded live from the Woodward Summer Hike Park at Copper Mountain, Colorado (Thursday, July 16, 2026), today is Day 225 on snow for me and Day 20 at the summer park. The park is in "difficult mode" for New Build Day, offering some highly challenging lines! We are sessioning the brand-new elbow-to-C-rail (which is highly technical and requires massive speed off the drop), lacing two waterfall drop-down mini tubes into the down-donkey rail, and taking a cruise through Copper's legendary "Rail Graveyard" where they keep off-season features like the pill and Red's rail. Hitting these rails makes you feel like Mega Man! We are also joined by local legend Chris Nabell who is back riding after completely shattering his wrist in 20+ places. The doctors in Utah said it was the worst break they'd ever seen, yet Chris drove 29 hours straight with no pain meds and a smile on his face to see specialist Dr. Warren Gardner in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
