He's cynical, able to understand the views of "dark" characters like Oberstein, yet unbiased, he's a rare character who can walk the righteous path. After Reinhard's death, if the second emperor, Alec, had become jaded or incompetent, he would likely have been willing to step down. In a sense, it was perhaps inevitable that such a man with such a first-rate stray temperament would have been Oberstein's number one subordinate, even after he picked up an old Pomeranian and raised him. If Oberstein secretly liked Fellner and calculated that even if he died, everything would be fine because he had him, his manly tsundere personality would be adorable. I make videos about spreading the word about the Legend of Galactic Heroes, as well as my thoughts and opinions.
