Burnt Caramel Egg Pudding Dessert ကြက်ဥပူတင်း

Hi everyone, Welcome back to my channel @LynnVlog. Would you like to have a chilled and sweet dessert under the extreme heat? Do you like eggs and milk as a dessert? This egg pudding or custard egg pudding is so soft, silky and smooth texture that I would like to have it all the time as a dessert. My recipe of egg pudding is based on the Japanese egg pudding “Purin”, which the caramel syrup has a bittersweet combined with sweet taste of egg pudding. Baking or steaming the pudding is crucial to having the delicious and nice looking egg pudding. There are several ways making the egg pudding but baking the pudding in hot bath is the best way I think.
