Mission accomplished: San Francisco is back at sea, sailing safely once again
A few months ago, San Francisco arrived at Tenerife Shipyards facing one of the most challenging situations in ship repair: an engine room severely damaged by fire. Today, after months of intensive work, meticulous planning, and outstanding technical execution, the vessel has left our shipyard fully restored and ready to resume her operational service. Behind every cable replaced, every structure restored, and every system brought back online stands the true strength of Hidramar Group: our people. This project once again demonstrated the capability of our multidisciplinary team to turn a highly complex technical challenge into a safe, reliable, and fully traceable solution. I would like to personally recognize the commitment, expertise, and dedication shown by all the engineers, technicians, supervisors, and specialists involved. Their professionalism is what enables us to deliver demanding projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and schedule performance. At Hidramar Group, we understand that every day a vessel remains out of service has a direct impact on our clients’ operations. Our mission is not only to repair ships, but to restore confidence, minimize downtime, and return assets to service safely and efficiently. Fair winds and following seas to San Francisco and her crew.
